Terms of Use
Terms for use of the rfqslb.com website and RFQS services and tools.
Nature of RFQS services and tools
RFQS services and tools are document-based decision-support resources. They do not replace project-specific legal, engineering, architectural, contractual, statutory, tax, insurance, expert-witness, or professional advice. RFQS reviews are based only on the documents provided at the time of review. Final project decisions remain with the client and appointed project professionals. RFQS does not guarantee savings, final project cost, contractor performance, claim entitlement, dispute outcome, or completeness of third-party documents.
RFQS does not provide legal, engineering, architectural, statutory, tax, insurance, or expert-witness advice, and does not act as an expert witness, arbitrator, adjudicator, mediator, delay expert, engineering expert, contract administrator, or dispute decision-maker.
How an engagement starts
- A visitor submits a request through the RFQS Document Review Request form, or contacts RFQS.
- RFQS first checks whether the request fits the available document-based review services.
- If suitable, RFQS issues a written fixed-scope proposal stating service scope, required documents, deliverables, fee, timeline, payment terms, exclusions, revision limits, and disclaimer/reliance limits.
- RFQS does not start review work before written approval and payment.
Fixed-scope basis
RFQS services are fixed-scope document review services based only on the documents provided at the time of review. One clarification round may be included where stated in the proposal. New documents, expanded scope, rework, or additional review require a separate quotation.
Communication rule
Communication is by email only unless otherwise agreed in writing. RFQS does not provide open-ended messaging or WhatsApp support.
Payment
RFQS uses manual payment for services (for example bank transfer, Wise, or manual invoice). No review starts before payment. No final deliverable is released before any balance payment is made. All work follows the written fixed-scope proposal. Digital products in the RFQS Tools section are only offered for purchase once a fully approved checkout path is active; until then they may be shown as Request availability.
Limitations and reliance
RFQS outputs are decision-support documents. They do not guarantee savings, final project cost, contractor performance, claim entitlement, dispute outcome, or completeness of third-party documents. RFQS reviews are limited to the documents provided and the agreed fixed scope.
