RFQS does NOT

• Provide certified quantity surveying advice
• Provide legal advice on any contractual matter
• Provide professional cost certification or final approval
• Provide guaranteed outcomes on savings, dispute results, or project performance
• Issue contractual interpretation of FIDIC clauses or other standard-form contracts
• Act as an appointed Engineer, DAAB/DAB member, or licensed certifier under FIDIC

RFQS does

• Read commercial documents (BOQs, tender packages, contractor submissions)
• Organise commercial information into structured registers (assumption log, exclusion register, clarification log, variation register)
• Provide structured commercial decision-support for project teams to act on
