Privacy Notice
How RFQS handles information — a privacy-friendly, consent-based model.
Core privacy statement
RFQS may use privacy-friendly website analytics to understand general website performance, visitor traffic sources, page usage, country-level demand, and service-interest patterns. Where possible, RFQS uses aggregated and non-identifying analytics. RFQS does not use website analytics to secretly collect visitor email addresses, payment information, or personal project details. Personal information is collected only when a visitor submits a form, downloads a resource, contacts RFQS, or requests a review. If third-party analytics, advertising, or remarketing tools are used, RFQS will disclose them in this Privacy Notice and, where required, use appropriate consent controls.

When personal information is collected
Personal information is collected only when a visitor submits a form, downloads a resource, contacts RFQS, or requests a review. General website visitors are not added to any marketing system unless they take one of those actions. Purchases on the RFQS Store are handled under the RFQS Store privacy policy at rfqslb.store/privacy-policy/.
Service providers and processors
RFQS uses Brevo (operated by Sendinblue SAS) as its email and contact management provider. When you submit a form on rfqslb.com, your submission details (name, email, request information) are stored in RFQS’s Brevo account so RFQS can respond to your request. If you tick the marketing consent checkbox at the time of submission, RFQS may also use Brevo to send you occasional follow-up communications related to RFQS services and tools. You can request removal at any time.
RFQS uses Make (operated by Celonis) as an automation platform connecting form submissions to its contact management system. Make receives the submitted form data via a secure webhook and routes it to Brevo. Make does not store this data beyond what is required for routing.
Document links
RFQS asks visitors to share documents through a secure cloud link rather than uploading files directly through the website. Visitors are responsible for setting correct access permissions on any link they share.
