Can the quantities be supported by the drawings?
You already have a Bill of Quantities. A BOQ Review reads it for clarity and commercial risk; this service goes deeper by checking the quantities themselves: RFQS independently measures selected BOQ items against the admitted drawings, models and related documents, records the measurement basis and evidence links, and reports where quantities appear supported, unsupported, non-comparable, or not determinable. It is materially more production work than a document read. RFQS checks and supports your existing BOQ; it does not prepare or issue a new Bill of Quantities.

Cost drivers
The tier is set by coverage density (how many BOQ lines are independently measured), source-data complexity (2D/PDF/CAD vs native Revit/Civil 3D), revision-trace depth, cross-trade reconciliation, and documentation rigour. As a single practitioner, larger scopes are delivered in defined phases to protect quality.

RFQS reports whether selected quantities appear supported, unsupported, non-comparable or not determinable from the admitted documents; any identified difference is a candidate review finding, not an accepted contractual discrepancy. Missing, excluded or unavailable evidence is never treated as a zero quantity. Reliance is limited to the documents provided at the time of review. The client remains solely responsible for final project decisions.
