Can the quantities be supported by the drawings?
You already have a Bill of Quantities. A BOQ Review reads it for clarity and commercial risk; this service goes deeper by checking the quantities themselves: RFQS independently measures selected BOQ items against the admitted drawings, models and related documents, records the measurement basis and evidence links, and reports where quantities appear supported, unsupported, non-comparable, or not determinable. It is materially more production work than a document read. RFQS checks and supports your existing BOQ; it does not prepare or issue a new Bill of Quantities.
A traceable candidate-difference register
Each reviewed BOQ line marked supported / candidate difference / not comparable, with the measurement basis and evidence links.
Blocked, unsupported and not-determinable items recorded explicitly — missing evidence is never treated as zero.
Drawing/model references, revision set, and measurement rule captured per line — delivered offline as an Excel register plus a PDF evidence pack.
Project-specific fixed fee
Measurement work is scoped to your project — the drawings, the trades in play, the state of the documents and the depth of review all shape it — so RFQS scopes the assignment first rather than applying a public rate.
Once the free Fit-Check is done, and if the work is within RFQS’s support scope, the quotation sets out the proposed scope, the documents or packages it covers, the proposed deliverables, and the main exclusions or open questions. Work begins after you’ve accepted the scope and the deposit is in.

The proposed scope is shaped by coverage density (how many BOQ lines are independently measured), source-data complexity (2D/PDF/CAD vs native Revit/Civil 3D), revision-trace depth, cross-trade reconciliation, and documentation rigour. As a single practitioner, larger scopes are delivered in defined phases to protect quality.
