Tender and BOQ documents can contain inconsistencies, missing scope, unclear descriptions, measurement issues, pricing exposure, or coordination gaps between drawings, specifications, and commercial documents. RFQS reviews the submitted tender or BOQ package and prepares structured commercial review notes to support clarification before award, negotiation, or further pricing work.

RFQS Services are fixed-scope document review services. RFQS does not provide open-ended consulting, free advisory support, legal advice, engineering advice, architectural advice, statutory advice, certified cost advice, or guaranteed project outcomes. One clarification round may be included where stated in the proposal. New documents, expanded scope, rework, or additional review require a separate quotation.
