RFQS Portal
How RFQS Works
A controlled document-based workflow for commercial review, expert support, and RFQS tools.
RFQS responds to queries within 2 working days.
Step 1 — Choose the Correct RFQS Path
RFQS is divided into three paths: RFQS Services for quotation, tender, BOQ, scope-gap, and pre-award review; Expert & Dispute Support for commercial document support to appointed professional teams; RFQS Tools for self-serve templates, checklists, and workbooks.
Step 2 — Submit Basic Information
You submit the project type, country, service needed, deadline, short description, and document link. RFQS uses this information to check whether the request fits a fixed-scope review service.
Step 3 — RFQS Reviews Scope Fit
RFQS first checks whether the request is suitable, whether the documents appear sufficient, and whether the work can be handled under a fixed scope. If the request is not suitable, RFQS may decline it or recommend a narrower review scope.
Step 4 — Fixed-Scope Proposal
If the request is suitable, RFQS sends a proposal confirming: service scope; required documents; deliverables; fee; timeline; payment terms; exclusions; revision limits; disclaimer and reliance limits.
Step 5 — Payment Before Review
RFQS does not start review work before written approval and payment. Small and medium reviews may require full upfront payment. Larger or complex work may use milestone payments if agreed in writing.
Step 6 — Delivery
RFQS delivers the agreed review outputs, such as clarification schedules, issue registers, scope-gap notes, exclusions and assumptions review, pre-award risk summaries, or commercial document schedules.
