Refund & Cancellation Policy

Scope of this policy

This policy covers RFQS document-based review services and RFQS digital tools offered through rfqslb.com. RFQS services are fixed-scope and quoted in advance through a written proposal.

Services — before work starts

• Submitting a request does not create a paid engagement. RFQS first checks scope fit and, if suitable, issues a fixed-scope proposal.
• A client may decline a proposal at no cost before written approval and payment.
• If RFQS determines a request is not suitable, RFQS may decline it; no charge applies.

Services — after payment, before delivery

• Fees for work already performed under the agreed fixed scope are non-refundable.
• If a client cancels after payment but before review work has started, RFQS may refund the fee less any reasonable administration cost, at RFQS’s discretion.
• If RFQS is unable to deliver the agreed scope for reasons within RFQS’s control, RFQS will refund the portion of the fee for the undelivered work.

Services — revisions and re-scope

One clarification round may be included where stated in the proposal. Requests for additional review, rework, new documents, or expanded scope are not covered by the original fee and require a separate quotation.

Digital tools

RFQS digital tools are only sold once a fully approved checkout path is active. Where a digital tool is sold, a refund period of 14 days applies, consistent with the RFQS sitewide refund period, subject to the terms shown at the point of purchase.
