Contractor quotations may contain scope gaps, unclear inclusions, exclusions, assumptions, and pricing exposure. RFQS reviews the submitted contractor quotation and supporting documents. The output helps identify items that may need clarification before appointment or negotiation.

RFQS does not provide open-ended consulting, free advisory support, legal advice, engineering advice, architectural advice, statutory advice, certified cost advice, or guaranteed project outcomes. One clarification round may be included where stated in the proposal. New documents, expanded scope, rework, or additional review require a separate quotation.
